03What is included in the destination package?
Confirmed accommodation, transport, hosted experiences and other inclusions are communicated through the approved fulfilment schedule for the selected milestone.
04Are passports, visas and insurance included?
Unless expressly confirmed in writing, travellers remain responsible for passports, visas, insurance, health requirements and their ability to enter each destination.
05Can a journey or inclusion be substituted?
Availability, scheduling, equivalent substitutions and non-cash alternatives are governed by the campaign terms and confirmed during fulfilment.
06Does New Zealand travel mean New Zealand residents are eligible?
No. New Zealand is a travel destination in this campaign. Account-service eligibility is determined separately by residence and the responsible RockGlobal entity.

Participation depends on residence, responsible entity, account type, campaign registration and the active campaign period. New Zealand is a travel destination and does not itself establish account eligibility for New Zealand residents.

Travel fulfilment
Availability, dates, accommodation, transport, hosted activities, substitutions and non-cash alternatives remain subject to confirmation. A milestone is not a booking until fulfilment is confirmed in writing.
Traveller responsibilities
