Clear support route
Account questions, specifications and eligibility checks each have a defined next step.
01Which markets does RG offer?
The current market guides cover Forex, Metals, Indices, Energy, Stock CFDs and Crypto CFDs. Final instruments, symbols and availability follow RG’s current approved and published product specifications.
02Are spreads and commissions the same across markets?
No. Spreads and commissions can vary by instrument, account, session, entity and market conditions. Final Standard, ECN, Pro and Cent charges follow the current schedule and applicable account arrangement.
03What leverage is available?
Leverage depends on the instrument, account, entity, eligibility and jurisdiction. A schedule maximum shown on a page is not a promise for every client; confirm the margin requirement that applies before trading.
04What is the minimum deposit?
The minimum deposits for Standard, ECN, Pro and Cent are US$100, US$1,000, US$3,000 and US$500 respectively. Product, entity and jurisdictional conditions still apply.
05Can I use MT4 or MT5?
Standard, ECN, Pro and Cent can all use MT4 and MT5. RG supports Windows desktop and supported iOS or Android mobile devices. WebTrader and a native macOS application are not offered.
06Do all markets trade at the same hours?
No. Forex, exchange-linked products, Energy and Crypto references have different underlying market contexts. RG instruments can also have their own trading sessions, daily breaks and maintenance windows.
07Do CFDs provide ownership of the underlying asset?
No. A CFD provides exposure to price changes without transferring ownership of currencies, metals, shares, tokens, index constituents or physical commodities.
Understand the market. Then choose how to participate.
CFDs are complex leveraged products and can result in rapid losses. Read the product specifications, costs, legal documents and risk disclosures before trading.
