Regulation & policy
Legal, regulatory and access changes can affect availability and sentiment.
Token supply & events

The network can change. The CFD terms decide the treatment.
A CFD holder does not automatically receive rights or rewards created by the underlying network.
Forks
A new chain or protocol split does not create an automatic token entitlement.
Airdrops
An on-chain distribution is not automatically a CFD position entitlement.
Staking rewards
A CFD does not provide token ownership or native staking rights.
Migration & delisting
The instrument may be adjusted, suspended or closed under its terms.
Actual treatment must be confirmed against the applicable RG product terms and notices.

Leverage & margin
Small price changes can have a larger effect on account equity.
Volatility & gaps
Fast moves can cause slippage or execution at a different price.
Liquidity & spreads
Depth and spread conditions can change quickly under pressure.
Schedule mismatch
The underlying may move while the RG instrument is unavailable.
Technology & venues
Network, pricing-source or market-infrastructure disruption can affect trading.
Costs & ownership
Financing, conversion and other costs may apply, without token ownership.
A stop instruction does not guarantee execution at the selected level. Read the applicable risk disclosure and product specification before trading.

A Crypto CFD is a derivative linked to changes in an available crypto-asset reference price. It does not transfer token ownership, a wallet, private keys or on-chain transfer rights to the client.
02Do I own the underlying crypto asset?
No. A Crypto CFD provides price exposure only. It does not provide token ownership, governance rights, staking rewards, forked tokens or automatic airdrop entitlements.

Not necessarily. The underlying crypto-asset market can operate continuously, but RG instrument hours, maintenance windows, liquidity and account eligibility must be confirmed against the applicable product specification.
